Temporary Work Visa

THE ISSUANCE OR DENIAL OF A VISA IS THE ACT OF A SOVEREIGN STATE.

The temporary visa V has to be authorized by the Ministry of Labor and Employment of Brazil (www.mte.gov.br).

The company established in Brazil will have to present the contract of employment - and/or form of technical assistance and/or of training, when there is no contract - to the National Council of Immigration of the Ministry of the Labor and Employment of Brazil for approval. Once approved, the Ministry of Labor and Employment, through the Ministry of External Relations of Brazil, authorizes to the Consulate General of Brazil to issue the visa. Once the visa is authorized, the name of the canditate is included in the Consulate's web page: "Vistos autorizadas"
